PRESS OPERATOR
Flack Farms, Inc. owns and operates one of the few Steffen Bale Conversion machines in the country. We are seeking someone to operate this machine on a daily basis, with complete training provided. A few of the tasks involved with this machine include the following:
- Load the bale table with hay
- Supervise the bale conversion process as hay runs through the machine
- Inspect hay for product quality before, during, and after the conversion process
- Maintenance of the hydraulic and electrical components of the machine
- Communicate with other employees that are palletizing, weighing, and wrapping the product
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexible
- Attention to detail
- Self starter
- Good communicator
- Forklift experience would be great, but we will train you if necessary
This will be a full time position, 40-50 hours per week, with paid vacations and holidays. Health insurance is also available. Hourly pay rate will be discussed at the interview.

CLASS A CDL TRUCK DRIVER
We are seeking a reliable, responsible, hard working Class A CDL professional truck driver to travel western routes several times per month. You must have a clean safety record as well as pass a drug test upon employment.
This is a full time position with health insurance available.

FARM ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP
We are looking for a hard working individual that would like some practical experience in all aspects of producing the small compressed bales. These are some of the activities an intern would be involved in:
- Mowing, raking, baling hay
- Processing of large bales into compressed bales
- Forklift training
- Servicing and maintaining equipment
- Customer service
- Loading and unloading semi trailers
Qualifications necessary:
- Previous agricultural experience
- Punctual
- Able to work some weekends and possibly holidays
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and willing to learn
We would like someone from the time your classes are complete until you head back to school in the fall. We will discuss pay at your interview.
